(Want some more recipe ideas? Don't forget to check out our FOOD instagram @buffdudesfood!)

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 capful of Pure Vanilla extract
  • 2-3 T. Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
  • 1 T. Cocoa
  • 1 T. Chocolate PB2

First carefully cut the frozen bananas  (as thin as you can) into your blender.

Add the Vanilla and Almond milk. Cover and blend.

This may take a few times of stopping to scrape the sides and break up the frozen bananas.
As soon as it's blended, add your dry ingredients.

Blend. Again, stopping to scrape the sides and make sure all the dry ingredients are incorporated.

That's it! Now spoon into your bowl.

We would advise to put it into the freezer if you aren't going to eat it right away. (Or if you want it to become a harder ice cream )

Enjoy!
