I started the plan a week ago and I’m already feeling some changes. It kicked my butt on the first session because I had just finished the billing plan and I was used to fewer reps. I really believe in the effectiveness of the Buff Dudes plans. The bulking plan really helped with getting stronger and hitting some exciting PRs

It's a great book to get into cutting!
I really enjoy the format of this book because it provides more of a framework rather than a super prescriptive set of things to do. As always, whatever the BUFF Dudes put out is always equal parts fun and informative as well.
