I’ve yo-yo dieted my whole life. My weight has swung 50 pounds in either direction. Most of the time my weight was contingent on my circumstances, and so was my diet. I was a “fit-bitter” hitting my 10k steps everyday, but eating whatever I wanted - a proverbial “garbage disposal”. I always wanted to learn about macros, but all the books and videos are all the same “It was a unseasonably warm afternoon in October when I decided to embark on my journey of health and wellness.” Well I’m glad you’re enjoying your October "Kyle", but your book is called “Understanding Macros” and so far we just understand you’re excited for pumpkin spice season.

I love this book. It’s funny. It’s informative. It’s to the point - unlike my hypocritical preamble. For the first time I am starting to understand Macronutrients. Paired with their workout app (which I am paying for dearly now, everything hurts) I am finally confident that I’m getting off the yo-yo diet carnival ride, and switching to something sustainable and long term.

Thank you guys for what you are doing for us fat guys in little coats. We need as much help as we can get.

Got this to prep for my 2025 transformation!

I've appreciated the YouTube advice of these guys for about 5 years now and look forward to fully applying it with the help of this book. Currently 5'5" 292lbs 40-45% body fat and FFMI of about 26 looking to cut down to about 15-20% body fat over the course of the next several months while maintaining as much muscle as is feasible.

Im happy with the purchase

These guys make fitness approachable. The book is well structured with plenty of information. They include a bunch of different movement options, so theres variety built into it and it encourages you to try different exercises Id probably never get to on my own. These guys are in great shape, but they have presented themselves as regular guys and its a very positive and encouraging approach.
