Book from start to finish has great workouts and photos
I didn't think I would be able to complete the first beginner set but I did! The bands are just hard enough to be challenging but not overwhelming. I'm already feeling a difference! I look forward to what results I'll achieve in the next few weeks! Stay Buff Everybody!
