Got hurt working out two years ago needed something to help get me motivated to start working out again. I've been enjoy the workouts halfway through. Been watching you guys from when you started on YouTube enjoy your stuff keep it up.
Finally, a book where knowledge is real litteral power. A book you could get hit in the head with and not only get smarter but buffer too!
Exactly what I was looking for! My schedule is inconsistent with work and parenting, so going to a gym is out. The investment in bands was small, and with this guide I can get a complete full body workout that really works. Bought the mobility bands in the same order and I really like the book! Easy to follow workouts, explanations on how to use the bands for various exercises, glossary, etc. and all done in the classic B.U.F.F. Dudes humorous style! The band workouts are a great alternative to either an entire workout or just replacing certain exercises/lifts to keep things fresh. Well done!
Haven't tested it yet but went trough the content and its great.
