My husband got me hooked with watching your videos and working out with him through your programs. I bought the dumbbell only for me. It's just what I need. I love it. No matter the work out I'm burning cals and working om them gains!! We love the buff dudes!!
P.s.
You need more apparel for women. I'd by it!!

Solid Dumbbell Program!

This is a great program for someone who wants to workout at home, with minimal equipment, and get comfortable lifting again. I’m starting phase 4 tomorrow. I have dropped inches in my waistline and started to develop some muscle! It’s awesome to see by body take shape! I cross referenced each phase with a friend who is a lifetime lifter and they said it’s a solid routine. I’m almost out of the skinny fat realm so I’m going to hit phase 3 and 4 again while I search for a gym to join. Then start the Buff Dudes 12 week program next. After-which, maybe my body will be ready for their bulk plan! I highly recommend this program!!

Simple and Awesome
