I've been following these guys for a long time, and I will say they know exactly what they are doing. This workout plan has been a great start to my mornings. I completed their bulk program a few years back and saw excellent results. This workout plan has felt balanced, and I have no feeling of over training. Keep up the amazing work and stay buff!
