The Bro-Est CookBook Ever

I’ve been lifting weights for about 3 years and quickly learned nutrition is the hardest part. On top of that, making food that’s healthy but still facilitates gains, and tastes good, is a huge challenge. Not anymore. The Buff Dudes cookbook brings cooking and BroSciece together to where you don’t need to eat lame chicken rubber and rice maggots everyday. I’ve gotten pretty swole eating chipotle and protein shakes and eggs everyday, but now I can really eat to get Buff. Thanks Buff Dudes, your channel is a gainchanger.

Received my cookbook in a very timely manner and am so impressed with the quality. So much beneficial fitness content and helpful health information, besides just recipes. A great guide when you don't know where to start

I love the cookbook! I've made most of the recipes and narrowed down my favorites, which are now staples. It really helps break out of the "chicken and broccoli" rut! I've given this as a gift to several people also.
