I have not yet bought the cookbook but after reading the other reviews, i already love it. Simple and tasty recipes broken down into calories and macros. So many cookbooks give out recipes with dishes in them, that im like who would eat that on a weekly basis or on an avg person budget. Ive been watching buff dudes videos long enough that i know exactly what recipes and what foods i will be dealing with and i love it. # real person food. I will be ordering soon
