So far I love the challenging movement and detailed programming. They do a great job explaining the movement, providing notes on muscle cues to help you maintain proper form. They also give recommendations on ways you can adjust the programming to meet your goals. Also, a good sign in a program is when it starts off with nutrition, which these guys hit spot on.
Make it a website and not a pdf so i dont have to redownload it everytime i try to open it
Clearly laid out and easy to follow for all levels. Great for beginners or seasoned pros alike. Challenge yourself and stay buff! This plan makes triathlon training more interesting.
