appreciated about the Buff Dudes

I picked up on the superhero program through YouTube a couple years back. I decided to purchase the whole superhero workout plan pdf to not only support ya’all’s business but to try the entire program rather than bits and pieces. I am an intermediate/advanced lifter but starting from scratch with this program has been fun and rejuvenating. I am excited to see the results at the end of the full 15 weeks.

Hero book amazing

Ive used the Bulking Book before which helped me transform from skinny to a decent sized muscled guy. Now started this and 3 weeks in its brilliant. Even has all the exersized explained so easy to follow and im already feeling more muscle size.
