I strongly recommend this for anybody looking to start powerlifting with a good routine, listen to your body on this one don't be afraid to take a step back and restart the plan later and go with a more chill routine to recover and get back to it later.

I've been watching the Dudes for close to a decade, and have loved their content. Having previously seen a real difference to my training & physique from completing the 12 week plan, I decided to take up the Bulking challenge. Already being a bit bulky (with some unwanted fat), I'm thrilled with what the book has to offer!
The macro, warm-up, and food guides are already proving their worth, and it's only been a few weeks. The plan itself is fantastic! The Dudes know their stuff better than most. They know it can be overwhelming when starting a new plan, and have devised the first few weeks to get ease you in while still giving you an intense workout. Trust the Dudes!
