Good Routines

The bulking book provides a lot of great information, it keeps the workouts easy to follow and provides good guidance. Small photos next to the exercises or a exercise glossary would go a long way for exercises that people are unfamiliar with or know by a different name. I'm looking forward to finishing the 12 week program.

BUFF Dudes Bulk book

Hi there! I am really enjoying this plan. I had to spend some time figuring out my macros and how to bulk properly as I’m sitting about 205 right now; I also needed to figure out a few substitutions since I don’t have all the equipment in the plan. Now that I’m rolling I’ve been having fun and enjoying the workouts. The YouTube channel has also been a fantastic reference! The book, the content, the references and their style certainly earn the 5 star rating! Thanks guys, looking forward to future purchase! Stay BUFF!

The bulkiest of them all!

I will be beginning this book im aprox 3 weeks with my son. I beyond excited to go theough this plan with him and see what kind of amazing results we get from it!
Once again, the BUFF Dudes have done an amazing job of providing education and understanding to this side of fitness. Actually going over their real life experiences on starting as a fluff buff to the BUFF Dudes they are now. No cute little "quick n easy", this is down and dirty and full of all the nitty gritty you need to acomplish your goals, with the aid of their knowledge.
