I will be beginning this book im aprox 3 weeks with my son. I beyond excited to go theough this plan with him and see what kind of amazing results we get from it!

This was my first purchase from the Buff Dudes. I recently decided to make the life change and get back in shape. After consuming hours and hours of their online content I wanted to support them and purchase some of their work. This is a great book with so much useful information. Not only is the information great, but I has amazing illustration as well. I will be picking up other books as time goes by. Pick this up and support the Buff Dudes.
I love using it as a blueprint for my own weight loss and muscle building journey. By far the hardest part is dieting but with their list of foods I’ve been able to eat healthy. I encourage everyone to pick up one of their workout plans for your fitness goals
