Excited with the phase swaps

I was familiar with the bulking plan from the YouTube channel and as a matter of fact about 90% of its content is covered in the channel. I decided to buy it because I find it more convenient to search through the pdf for my next workout rather than the YouTube videos and also wanted to pay some credits to these guys that have helped me so much with all of their free content. I am in the middle of the program (just finished phase 3) and already making progress both in terms of strength and in terms of looks. I also enjoy the swap between each phase it never lets you get bored. Super happy!

Finally… but good things come to those who wait right?
