I love the simplistic nature of the book and the easy to follow instructions.the complimentary youtube videos are there to break down eaxh workout for you so you really don't beed the booklet but it is really nice to have and a good way to give back to the helpful and generous buffdudes...who knows? Maybe after doing this program a couple of times, I too can get, and Stay Buff
Started this program a few weeks ago and so far it's been great! Tough workouts, very minimal equipment required, full exercise descriptions with visual cues, and the illustrations and artwork are fantastic!
The combinations of exercises per workout are challenging but scaleable which provides lots of room for growth. E-book is easy to use plus you don't have to wait for shipping which is nice, and you can have it wherever you go.
Sorry Buff Dudes, but its not what I've expected.
Actually I was so happy when I get it, but I don't like it at all. There is missing conception about phase 2 and phase 3. Pull ups exercises are in low volume. And the phase with one muscle group per week again in the workout for back there is no pull up exercises and I ask why?
yes inverted row are basics, but pull ups to.
So little disappointed about that so I give 3 of 5 points.
The stuff and the pictures explaining are awesome and the beginner workouts too.
Hi Tzanko, sorry to hear you were disappointed in the plan. Was it mostly due to the fact that pull-ups weren't featured in the single muscle group phase? If so, you can feel free to substitute the inverted rows for pull-ups if you would like.
Happy to hear you enjoy the tutorials and pictures. Hopefully you're able to get great results out of the plan.
Awesome Quarantine book
Well laid out, pdf looks good on phone or tablet. Program is great!
