Suitable for beginner

I was looking for something to get me back into working out. The beginner phase is just right for me!

Great start!

Been working with this book and already on my second week! (Little back ground) I’m heavyset, I wanted to work on myself, So I bought the book and started the day It came in. After reading the book and going through it I learned that they are not asking a lot out of beginners when they first start. And it’s about a hour and a half commitment.

The exercises are slowly getting slightly easier as I go.
The only issues Iv been having, (this early on) ,is with inverted rows. I don’t know if it’s because I’m heavy set or I’m just not used to it. Im planing on adding possibly another week or two until I can do proper inverted rows. Other than that Im loving the work outs.

Just Perfect

These guys thought of everything. Terms dictionary. FAQ's. Descriptions of all the exercises with pics. The program itself is simple and great. I bought this for my brother, yes.. I really was for him, because he was so intimidated about working out. It was the perfect thing to ease him into it. And it's a tough workout too! Great product from a great team. You're not going to get anything better for $30, that's for certain. Thanks Buff Dudes!
