Good exercise illustrations and images.

Hi Luis, sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the plan. Out of curiosity, what were you expecting? Included in this 12-week plan are over 88 exercises along with pictures and full tutorials on how to perform every single one. In addition, there are routines on mobility, stretching, nutrition and cardio. If you can, at least give the plan a try, as we believe it can be very beneficial and give you a healthy challenge as well, especially in the final weeks. -Hudson
