You don’t know you need this!

Some reviews say these are simple recipes. The whole point is to make this simple so you can get into a better shape and healthier lifestyle! People need a kick in the butt to stop over complicating things. You don’t realize you need simple.

The B.U.F.F. Dudes don’t do an over complicated explanation of diet and exercise. They make it easy and affected. And very safe.

Very good

I have been a cook for a long the emergency sailor we all take turns cooking meals. I am a pro high protein lots of vegetables but you're cookbook has given me a lot of great. Is I especially like the overnight oats idea? I use lactose free fat free milk. In that and I also add. The cinnamon, 1/3 cup of blueberries or raspberries, and it is delici. Also, like peanut butter cookie recipe and I will look at all the recipes. I'm so sorry I got you screwed up and it won't happen again and wasn't your fault. They used us to get you the best. They do the positive box for me.
