Great Coolbook

It’s nice to have a book that guides you with what you need in macros, and helps with your individual goals. It has lots of healthy high protein recipes, from breakfast to after dinner snacks, that are layed out for you in a PDF version for your laptop/ device. Both the printed book and PDF are well done and very user friendly. I really enjoy the personal feel of it with the mom of the Buff Dudes sharing her recipes, as well. What more could you want in a cookbook. 👍🏼

Thanks for making the cookbook! The end of the schoolyear has been super busy, so i haven't made the time to try stuff. But i've read through some of it and it's an inspiration. I've had a hard couple of year (divorce, shared custody & hernia's) but you guys give me the energy to become buff! Please keep doing what you do great.
