Lovely food prepared in the No-BS style of the Buff dudes.

I love how easy this cookbook is to follow. No weird or fancy stuff only available i a deli on the southern slopes of a mountain in Spain.

Stuff available to almost everyone who buys the book, and recipes for people who might not have a ton of time over for cooking.

A great tool for making simple, delicious and healthy food.
