Great Cookbook!

Loving the cookbook! It helps to keep me accountable to my macros and goals. There are a variety of recipes that help to satisfy cravings and prevent burn out from traditional chicken and rice recipes.

This book is a god send!!

I love this cookbook. I have struggled finding tasty meals to spice up my eating for a while and the buff dudes have nailed it with this book. I'm hooked on the tuna patties, Turkey burgers but the banana pancakes are the best. Would highly recommend 👌 💪💪
