These guys thought of everything. Terms dictionary. FAQ's. Descriptions of all the exercises with pics. The program itself is simple and great. I bought this for my brother, yes.. I really was for him, because he was so intimidated about working out. It was the perfect thing to ease him into it. And it's a tough workout too! Great product from a great team.
