Great books

These books are great and have made going back to the gym easier and less intimidating.

Very informative guide

I have 70% of the guides and they are all great, it's perfect to go along with the bulking book

Mostly recipes, not much about working out

It could be my own expectations just were different, but this isn’t at all what I thought it would be. Most of the book is healthy recipes. There isn’t much in the way of basic weight lifting routines. Still, it’s put together well, has good humor, and is visually appealing. Just not quite what I expected. I’ll be buying the Bulking Book because I think that’s probably more of what I am looking for.

Can I do this plan at home with only adjustable dumbbells and bench?
