Great book with everything I need to become a shredding machine! However, wished the book was make a little stronger (better materials) because I can tell just opening the book enough will make it fall apart. Stay buff !
Informational, user friendly, & entertaining. Great balance between these categories, and a fun way to get to know B.U.F.F. Dudes and the process of cutting better!
Recipes are great. Favorite is the Chili. Easy to follow and easy to make. Two weeks using 2lbs down. Thank you Buff Dudes!
Book and pdf are great, using the book to plan my week and the pdf at the gym to make sure I’m on track. Was surprise by the recipes nice touch. Sometimes, the gym can be overwhelming not knowing what to work on and so forth. This definitely makes this part easier.
Couple of notes, on the pdf a link to your videos on the exercises/phases would have been great. Also providing suggested alt to some of your exercises. the gym can get very crowed and can't always get to the smith machine or some of the free weights. also, some of the exercise can be uncomfortable. i.e. Barbell Hack Squats or Pendlay Rows. not complaining would not have even known about those exercises without your videos and this book. Keep it up.

Good overall book, very small short to the point but my mistake was not getting the bulking book first overall amazing read and workouts
