Cutting book review

The cutting guide has been absolutely fantastic so far. I was at a point where I wasn’t sure if I should concentrate on bulking or on cutting. This pdf gave me all the answers I needed. I’ve been following it religiously for two weeks and I can already see and feel a difference in myself. Thank you buff dudes

Decent book brought down by awful food section

like the book, the exercises part is really nice and there are some extra tidbits that are interesting but the most relevant part, meals are written terribly.
And i mean it wholeheartedly for example:

There are some meals called "SWEET POTATO CHIPS & SALSA" then they give you kcal (162 in this case) and macros however nowhere Read more about review stating The food section is terrible

is there stated how many grams of it you should use! This repeats it self for VAST MAJORITY of the meals and how many grams you are supposed to use are an exception (and if they inclueded it sometimes why not every time?). Units included in this book are for example "3 eggwhites" (i have no clue how much eggwites constitute 1 eggwhite), 2 eggs (what size of eggs? there is a big diffrence between S egg and XXL egg) or handful/big handful /0.5 OZ etc.

This would all be fine if they would not include the Kcal/ macro distribution AND how many kcal whole meal should be (at the same time stating that this should be adjusted to your TDEE). It feels like the food section was legitimately just a rough draft of what it should have been as it lowers the quality of the book significantly
