| B.U.F.F. Dudes 12 Week Plan Book (.PDF VERSION)
How could you go wrong with the B.U.F.F. Dudes? I’ve been watching their YouTube channel for a few years now, so the program met /exceeded all of my expectations. I recommend the program for anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle, look better, and feel better.
This was the first workout program Iv read where a Pre Week to get back into shape before starting the 12 week was included. Iv been on and off weight lifting through the years, have a good baseline of experience but sometimes just getting started and maintaining the first few weeks is the hard part. This was a great plus for motivation to complete the program.
So far, I’m almost done with the prep phase. It’s an excellent workout, and I’m getting stronger, but I often feel like I’m having a lot of pain with my shoulders. It’s more joint pain than muscle pain. I feel like it’s overuse more than muscle soreness. Just something to think about
As a not so buff dude trying become the very thing of buffness, Im enjoying it. I would recommend this!
