Great book with solid information

It's a great book to get into cutting!

Good format for this type of program

I really enjoy the format of this book because it provides more of a framework rather than a super prescriptive set of things to do. As always, whatever the BUFF Dudes put out is always equal parts fun and informative as well.

Informative yet simple and easy to follow.

I just started the program and so far, I love it. The routine is different than the 5X5 I been doing, and I have great hopes that I will lean out. The recipies in the book are great and rather easy. I already made several of them and plan to stick to the few I like the best to complete the program with.
