Just Perfect

These guys thought of everything. Terms dictionary. FAQ's. Descriptions of all the exercises with pics. The program itself is simple and great. I bought this for my brother, yes.. I really was for him, because he was so intimidated about working out. It was the perfect thing to ease him into it. And it's a tough workout too! Great product from a great team. You're not going to get anything better for $30, that's for certain. Thanks Buff Dudes!

Great work!

Very informative and has well explained examples! I am using this to condition my body a bit before starting on weights! Also came with some magnets and a poster. I am very pleased.

Mind Blowing

I am doing this workout very sincerely at home because of the lockdown. I am in phase 3 - week 2. I have "buffed up" by 8 kgs and I also feel stronger.
It is really an amazing workout. My muscles really get a pump during the workout and the soreness afterwards is lovely. I did not expect body-weight workouts to be so intense.
I expect a lot of hard work has gone into making this book & a big THANKS from me for making it. This book has really changed my perspective about workouts. I really appreciate BUFF DUDES passion towards fitness, it is overwhelming. Once the lockdown stops, I am still going to continue this workout. I don't want to pump iron anymore :). I am out of words to describe how useful this book really has been.

Loved it while I had it

The content given in the Bodyweight book was amazing. Unfortunately I was only able to use the book for a few days before it went missing from my gym one night. For the time I had however, I was able to read up on the workouts, stretching routines, mobility routines, and so on. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get BUFF with just bodyweight exercise.
