It's a good plan that sets out a nice blueprint to use when trying to cut down fat and maintain muscle. I'm just about through the first three weeks and have seen great results so far and I'm looking forward to see what I look like by the end!
I’ve been able to keep my weight down and build my strength but I wanted to find a way to torch this stubborn fat and build my muscle some more. I’m not the biggest gym rat around nor did I know much about cutting. The BUFF Dudes cutting book helped me to understand what I needed to do and how I needed to get there. I’ve always been a fan of their approach to working out and how they share that love of lifting with anyone who’d love to listen! I just began P1 D1 today and looking forward to seeing what the coming days and weeks bring.
I started using the program as a way to be accountable for my workout routine. I started watching Buff Dudes on YouTube with my husband and loved what I saw. Learning they had a program I decided to try one. I am enjoying it and slowly starting to see results.
Love love love this so much. Made going to the gym even more fun cos I knew exactly what to do. Down 10lbs since I started and can’t wait to see how much more I can accomplish.
The first portion of the program I found to be way to slow. My suggestion would be to start everyone in week 4. “If your starting a cut routine “ I think it would be safe to say that most everyone has been working out for awhile, I myself bought buff dudes because I was getting stale you guys brought me back into the fold with a routine”new”. You guys are doing it right I love everything about you guys no complaints about anything. You two are seriously motivating and in a good way not the yelling spitting and frothing at the mouth way which I have unfortunately had many times throughout my life!! But you guys motivate me and most of make it fun thank you for all you help you guys keep up the good work and thank you for the motivation.
