I'm only a couple weeks into the cut program but I've enjoyed the change of pace from what I was doing. I've been dealing with some health issues so going from a power lifting based program to this cutting program has helped with my recovery and overall well being since I'm not beating my body up lifting as heavy as possible.
There is a wealth of great information in this book. I'm currently in the second week and the workouts are awesome.
Amazing on making a well organized content with step by step guide on making some gains. You guys are incredible.
