Great title

Awesome book, great illustrations on each exercise aswell as Meal preps stretches and mobility training. Starting stage 1 next week so far so good, can't wait to see results after week 15..🏋‍♂️🏋‍♂️🏋‍♂️

BD Super Jero Workoit

I have been following the guys for awhile, more for entertainment then fitness.Got inspired by the Super hero program. I liked the format and the simplicity.
I am in week 3 of the preprogrammed and already my strength is coming back. I need to focus a little more on nutrition.
Thanks for making it easy for a 56 yo weekend warriors to get beck to the gym.
