I’ve got this one saved for my next deployment, I’m currently on the 12 week cutting programme and although I’m sticking to the initial 5x5 routine for now I’ve already seen a change in physique and strength! Starting out great!

I love how you guys have thought of everything. A step by step program for a beginner like me or an advance like my husband.
This book is thick! The program is very well detailed of what to do each day. And in the back of it they give you pictures and description of each exercise. They also give some examples of what they eat in a day which is great so I can get of an idea what to do for me. Thanks for doing this.
