Superhero plan

I’ve never purchased a plan before but I wanted to challenge myself.
I’m a cosplayer In wny thats does charity events and wanted to get in better shape to make me transform into the heroes I portray

Exactly What I Needed!

I have never been able to keep an exercise program going, primarily out of boredom. I absolutely love this one! Nothing boring about it. I feel like I have a plan that is telling me exactly what to do in all aspects of being healthy. I especially love that you can follow along with their videos if you have any questions. When I'm done with a workout, I feel like I really accomplished something. This is exactly what I needed and can’t wait for the next training day. Thanks!

Entertaining Way to Get In Shape

The superhero book is very unique and provides detailed information on exercises and workout plans. I like the fact that it is geared towards men and women with characters displayed in both genders. The book itself is easy to pack in a gym bag or carry to the gym itself. I'm very happy with my purchase.
