B.U.F.F. Dudes Hypertrophy Program

The program is really great. I have just completed the "Conception" week 1 phase and I like how the program starts with this beginning style instead of just jumping write into a program. It gives the body the necessary time to get used to the movements and also allows myself to establish base lines for the amount of weight and reps I can complete for the exercises. I also really like the detailed explanations for all of the different exercises, including the specific tips to perform the exercises correctly. I am excited to continue this program and the results it will be bringing to overall health!

Excellent guide

Great way to shake things up

I hit the gym about 3-4 days a week and it’s nice to have a shake up in routines. I’ve followed the buff bros for years now. My family and I routinely use the Cook book and was a great way to introduce my kids to a healthy way of life. Can’t say enough good things about the book and anything else put out by the buff dudes.
