Getting into the best shape of my life got easy 💪💪

Love this book. It gets very intense in the best way possible. Love the unusual Posterior/Anterior split too.
I'm over half way through the plan and seeing amazing results. 💪

The only Hypertrophy plan you need

Not only is it fun I feel having only completed 2 weeks after the beginners stage I have increased in size and strength. My efforts are supposed with a high protein way of eating 200g protein per day which recommend to others a high protein lifestyle especially during the progression of this programme
