Another amazing resource

Just started the hypertrophy plan and it’s awesome! Been a fan of the Buff Dudes for a long time and greatly enjoy their plans and expertise. I would recommend this or any of their plans, which are all equally good. They know their stuff and it shows in their high quality routines and plans.
