i wasnt ready for this lol

this is a great program, and has showed me just how neglegent i have been on functional movement and flexability, i have spent a week just getting used to the functional warm up, trying to build up to the lifts (granted part of the issue is time) but overall i think this is a fantastic plan.

I’m Ready!

I’ve had my eye on this workout program for a while, and now that I finally committed, it’s been working wonders. It’s really helping me get back into the shape I need to be in to earn that ‘Buff Dude’ status.

Easy to use and easy to refer

It is useful to use in the gym, especially when the wifi or internet is not strong enough inside the building and also when I need to check my workout plan. I just need to open my pdf file save in my cellphone and use it.
