I restarted my workout after the last workout five years back.
But it didn't work well since I did not know how to do workout again, and my body was not like before. And I found this workout plan book from Youtube.
This book is pretty useful to learn how the people like me can prepare for the workout and perform well. Good explanations and good source of workout plan are really helpful.
I used this book starting last week, and I feel I am in a good beginning point for my workout. I hope to see that I can regain "Buff" on my body in the future!

The reason I gave it a 3 and not a 5 is because they tell you what exercises to do the split and reps and sets without saying why for anything. ALSO, the biggest issue I have with it is that they don’t tell you what kind of RPE or RIR to use at any point in the program. So there’s no telling how hard any of the sets or reps should be at any point of the program and to a beginner, that would be very difficult to figure out. Luckily I have enough knowledge to figure out something that might work for myself but I’ll still be guessing
