For the money, buy two sets. The possibilities are endless.

These are the bands you're looking for

Great selection of bands to create a ton of modifications. un-stretched, they are EXACTLY the width of my rack (the inside of an olympic barbell) so they're great for all kinds of applications.

Buff Bands = Hard Gains!

The band set from Buff Dudes are certainly Buff! Speaking from experience, the whole set is made of quality materials and I can say without question, will last longer than other bands out there! The orange band is no joke when it comes to serious resistance. They are a great addition to one’s home gym and free weights or for stand alone use. Stay BUFF!!

Good as free weights

I've lifted for many years. As I am older now I transitioned away from free weights to bands. I'm actually getting better results with the bands ( no injuries). Buff dude bands are legitimate.

Great when you know how to use them

I bought these because I couldn’t afford an entire cable machine yet and they honestly serve as a good alternative.

After doing my heavy compound lifts, the bands are a great way to finish with isolation movements. At first, the movements may feel awkward because of the grip, but it becomes more comfortable with practice and the muscle contractions are intense, especially with upper body exercises.

The purple and orange bands may be a tad too heavy duty for some (best used for legs), but the black, yellow and blue will help you build more strength and are sturdy enough to do the full range of motion.

If you watch their videos on the many exercises you can do with these, it can take your fitness up a notch.
