Recently purchaed the mobility band PDF from buff dues and love it espically my partner who is due our 1st baby in 2 mnths she finds them way easier than weights. Easier to get into position and do the moves which are explaind in great detail. Really enjoy the buff dudes videos very informative and easy and enjoyable
I bought this to have some versatility when I travel and to have some solid exercises in case I don’t have access to a gym. I felt a great connection with all of the movements and it’s produced some solid workouts! Highly recommended!
I've been using resistance bands for a few years now, but without much direction for them. I've never followed a plan, I just included them in my exercise schedule. But following this plan really helps give good direction and a clear way to use them. It's a serious workout!
