Mobility band program is a must.

I purchased their program after seeing many of thier YouTube videos and doing the exercises with them on thier other channel. They break it down simply for all skill levels, whether your a beginner, or a seasoned lifter.

Great Guide

Day 2 and loving it. Day 1 was more of a warm up but the band can always be increased. Day 2 was a good workout used the next band up. The Band Push-ups were brutal. This is a great supplement to my daily body weight routine.
