So far so good...

I've just started with the plan and am currently on the "Conception" stage, and I'm having a blast. Going through the excercises, the cardio and the stretching (something I've always ran away from in the past) and it feels damn good. Went over to the other sections just to have a quick glance at what they offer and I really liked what I saw. Some new and fun ways to workout overall. Having experience with previous BUFF Dudes plans in the past, I have no doubts this will be high up there with the others! Awesome work, dudes. Stay Buff!

Holy s**t this has shocked my workouts!

As per the title! I’d really enjoyed the Cutty program but after cycling stages 3 and 4 a few too many times, I wanted to try something new. I’m just entering week 3 of stage 1, but already I’m finding pumps from exercises I’ve never done before (shoulder retractions!). Can’t wait to see what the further stages have in store! Plus for the first time I’m actually following the stretches post workout and feeling the difference
