Favorite Program

Easy and painless (the ordering and receiving of this plan, not its implementation).

In all seriousness, I am 1/3 of the way through it and it has been great. Challenging when it needs to be challenging, and my body is responding to it. I haven't been sore from a workout in a while and there's been a little soreness (not pain) with this plan. I love that. Feels like progress is being made. Hopefully the next 8 weeks bring more of the same. Looking for to more fitness growth!

A sound plan

As always a top quality well thought out plan. Very engaging with good descriptions, illustrations, exercise images. Also addition of exercise legend to recognise equipment required at a glance. Would highly recommend.
