A fantastic book! It covers just about everything. But, you could put a section about measuring your progress like measurements etc. Great work Dudes!!! 5 stars.
For all the training there were no alternative excercise, some people cannot perform squat properly or bench press properly, if they had mention those alternative it would be good.
