Very detailed plan and a good price for what you get
Sadly the cutting guide doesn't come with the incredibly helpful Workout Log that the 12 Week Plan does.
The work outs are fun though and the recipes included are great and are a hit with my kids too.
I put the 12 week plan at a 5 star, this one only lost a point for not including the Workout Log since I now have to track progress in a separate notebook to how I'm viewing the Plan.
It’s s good book, easy recepies and a good workout program.
Recently starting following the BUFF dudes on YouTube and just enjoy them. Next to their very straight forward and no bulls*** advise or miracle solutions they are just enjoyable characters. Their cutting plan is great and challenging and definitely is no fantasy workout but straight forward exercises that will challenge you and make you stronger and cutter as long as you follow their advise on nutrition and rest along with the workout plan! Love the BUFF dudes and can only recommend.
