Buff man reviewing buff dudes plan

Would be good to add a calculator to tell you the progression of weight to make it more customizable for each individual person. Can be done in excel. Its a good plan if you have the discipline to follow it.

Awesome plan

The plan is great! Gives you full bodies to get you into it and gives you an idea of the exercises then starts off at a reasonable level and continues to apply progressive overload as you go through the plan, I used this a couple years ago to the best success I've seen in my journey and decided its time to come back to it to see those results again, solid plan, solid channel, solid dudes
