The Buff Dudes never disappoint

I recently ordered the Buff Dudes cookbook PDF and I can't recommend it enough.

I've ordered a number of their workout plans over the years and they're always clear, concise, entertaining and most importantly helpful. The dudes have managed to carry this style seamlessly over to the cookbook format and I couldn't be happier.

Simple and delicious recipes that anyone can make. Another great book from the best in the game!

Great cookbook!

I have been watching the Buff Dudes videos for years now. I used to watch their Buffins video all the time until I memorized the recipe! It’s great to now have so many great and easy recipes on hand. Definitely worth the money!

An Honest Review

I bought this for me and my roomates and I just gotta say the quality of this book blew our minds. I also didnt think there would be more than 5-7 recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner but there are SO MANY recipes! They got smoothies, desserts, and recipes from cover to cover. I'm also in college and out of my parents' place so my budget's tight; thank God this book has plenty of affordable meals and also stars meals that make for a good meal prep. Honestly worth every penny
