I've found the cookbook to be quite helpful in trying to meet my protein and overall nutrition needs. It's tough to get a good balance and the recipes in the book help squeeze it in. The subbing of ingredients for higher protein and lower carbs/fat also means more variety. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their diet and fuel a fitness routine
Excellent choice of plans- only difficulty for me is having some GI problems so Whey and Milk and most dairy products are difficult for me to tolerate and substitutions would be great thx
If you Need recepies that are very simple and laden with Protein, this a veritable treasure Box. Well explained, easy to do. However, i deduct one Star because it is SO simple. If you have been cooking for a while and have a vertan Level of skill, these recepies are a bit too simple.
All in all, definitely worth the Money!

PS: Firstly, you guys are really inspirational for me! Great too see your videos! Now, I have seen you guys run sometimes on your videos, which is fun, however I believe that your running technique could be somewhat improved. I would suggest you check out the book: Born to Run by Christopher McDougall. Two years ago my legs hurt so badly that I couldnt run more than 5-10 feet before I had too walk. Six months later I ran my first marathon distance. The change: I read Born to Run and realized all I knew about running was wrong. In short: too hard training + really bad running technique + bad shoes = hurt legs.
You obviously train smarter than me, but I can see that your running technique is similar to the one I used(only better) The main thing I notice: you land hard on your heel instead of the front of your foot. If you try running barefoot, you will see that you immidiately fall into naturally landing on the front of the foot, while if you land on hour heel, your heel will hurt. In Born to Run there is vastly more information, and I am not a qualified doctor in any sense of the word. I just thought I would take this opertunety to give you guys the tip –after everything you have taught me through your videos– Born to run is also a very good book in itself with good stores from real life!
