The workouts in this book are awesome I tour my meniscus a while ago so leg day is usually something i dred but after starting the workouts in the book i feel like i'm starting to biuld those muscles up again and my workout are more enjoyable i'm not quite sure when ill be back to one hundred percent but I'm going to keep using the mobility band book as it is helping me with my recovery.
The works outs are prefect. I use them for days I can't make it to the gym. Since no home gym doing this program makes it easy with bare minimum of space. I done them on stream in my room. Which is pretty crowded.So as long as you have a clean floor area you can do this program like nothing and get a good pump from it.

I just turned 50 had elbow surgery and about 5 months ago had a total knee replacement. As I’m getting older beginning to (finally) realize that I can’t lift like it’s 1989 anymore and need to take things slower. I bought the Mobility Band Book as the first step to recovery. The exercises are more intense than you would think and they will help my longevity and keep me Buff💪🏻 until I can hit the weights again.
