I love bulking.
The way the Buff Dudes have explained the science of WHY their plan is set up the way it is before even talking about the plan is AWESOME. The plan itself looks SOLID AF. I can’t wait to hop on it this summer and get BEEFY! Easy to follow, quality material, good price. Definitely gonna be using it multiple times.
