How to make Protein Popsicles. An easy, healthy treat which’ll satisfy that sweet tooth!
Protein Popsicles Contain:
59 Grams of Protein
12 Grams of Carbs
4.5 Grams of Fat
1 Cup Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate (135 Grams)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (480 ML)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
One recipe makes about a medium ice cube tray (14 mini cubes)
You can use popsicle and push-up molds or ice cube trays. Once they’re
frozen run a little hot water on the tray in order to loosen the protein
If you want to vary it up, try different extracts and protein flavors such as Mint, Coconut, Cinnamon or Caramel. Lots of possibilities!
