Easy to follow with tonnes of instructions, The Buff dudes really know their onions!

Long time watcher of the channel, this did seem perfect for me - I work out at home due to finances/young children/time constraints, so can work out at home gym without worrying about being the a-hole going to the gym with a mild illness.

Also helped me realise i can take my shift off and shoes off as it's my own gym, so thanks again!

Best plan yet

I love the super hero plan and dumbbell plan. But in the later stages the moves became very technical for me and I was getting in my own head. This plan the moves are very straight forward, the volume is great, and I am seeing the most results. Thank you so much dudes.

Solid Plan

I like this plan. It’s a nice introduction for beginners and even better for experienced lifters.

The only thing I’d add on is a google sheet layout with exercises, reps and weights. I’d also be nice to have a few more exercise videos to follow. {I know some exist on your YouTube channel}

Otherwise, it’s great and for its cost, only a PDF is a very fair exchange. Keep it up. I work primarily out of my garage, dumbbells and EZ bar. These workouts are easily adaptable for what I have available.
