As someone who’s lifted weights for over 40 years, I really enjoyed the creative and challenging workouts in the program. I never heard of a prone triceps kickback, but it’s terrific for isolating the muscle. It’s one of the best workout programs I’ve ever used, and I highly recommend it!

I was excited when I found this home gym workout. We’re both in our early 50s and wanted something easy to follow and this has been gold! We’re now 4 weeks in and love that it’s a progressive program and will last us at least the rest of the year. The workout is customizable in that I’m following the prescribed mostly 5x5 while my wife is doing more of a 3x10. Very happy with this!
I'm 45, slim and fit, but strong as an arm wrestler. I've been a big fan of your content since "How-To Build Your Back into a Muscle Shield". That was 10 years ago. Man, I'm getting old. Anyway, since my early 20's I've always tried to maintain a consistent training regimen and I've found your workout plans and videos to be both fun and inspirational. Even if I don't utilize everything in your programs, I know I'm always going to find and keep a few gems to mix and match to throw in my arsenal for when a Stan Bush song pops up on my playlist.
