My wife and I started this program together the week after our honeymoon. I had taken nearly a year off of regular weightlifting, and my wife had never done a 12-week program. So, we decided this would be the program for us.
The first couple of phases are perfect for realigning and getting back into the flow of routine workouts. They are simple and as easy or difficult to perform as the user desires. My goal was to start light and make sure my form was good as I got my body back into shape. As the phases progressed and difficulty increased, I was able to increase my weight lifted. Now, I feel like I used to the year before when I was routinely working out.
For my wife, she has loved this program. For a lot of these exercises she has nearly doubled the weight she can lift. And it has been a really fun way of spending time together and connecting over health and fitness.
I highly recommend this program. It requires minimal equipment. There isn’t anything crazy in here that will intimidate a beginner, but it is also engaging for veteran weightlifters. Personally, I think it is perfect for beginners and those who are getting back into weightlifting. We bought the Hypertrophy program and are planning on starting it next.

Great workout program, but no nutrition plan 😔
It is really good ! I love the multitude of exercises provided and the simplicity of the layout. My only wish would be that the tutorials would have gone more in depth, for example on what NOT to do during certain movements / common mistakes. I thank you for making the time to create this for everyone! :)
