Stay Buff!

A much needed home gym program for all of us training at the minimalism of our home! It has it all! Every available split (upper/lower, bodypart etc) and no need to change gym exercises, it even has a leg curl variation with a dumbell!

I really like the workout plans and this one is especially great as I primarily use a home gym, and I basically have all the required equipment, so I don’t have to many any alterations to exercises. I also like the three week sprints of each phase, helps prevent getting bored.

Great book
