Amazing workout plan so far

I ket my fitness model review the plan, he liked it. I like it so far on week two. I've planned ahead for the next few phases.

I've been following the plan, but also making adjustments depending on what's available in the gym that might hit the muscles better.

I think that I see value in this for new and experienced gym goers. But, I insist you modify where you can.

My review title

Overall I am quite satisfied with provided content. Giving 4 out of 5 stars. My personal nitpicks is going only towards visual formating. Highlighting day workouts could be done better I think (maybe colorcoding). Providing exact exercise links (from pdf) would be nice to, after all it is youtube based. Definetly going to buy other workout plans to.

Amazing stuff

Hey guys! Big fan of all your programs and this one was not different. I’ve been making a **** of a workout in dumbell only tiny hotel gyms, just incredible!

Great program

Very useful to start weightlifting (and continue training). I only have a pair of dumbells, so it is what I needed. Later I got a training bench for being able to do all the excercies in the pdf. Highly recommended.

The only thing I didn't like is that few excercise names are not exact match between listed plan and detailed explanation, when starting to know them I was doing a lot of ctrl+f and I was not able to find them (for example, phase 4 - day 2: INCLINE HIGH ROWS and excercise tutorial: INCLINE “HIGH ROWS”). Very small detail :)

12 week Dumbbell program

I am really enjoying this series. It gives the ins and outs of every exercise with modifications while giving you information about the muscle groups it is targeting. I love it because I am learning as I grow. I only wish it gave suggestions to weight usage and adding weight as needed, when, and how.
