Great Cookbook

There are a ton of great recipes.
I also loved that they had the large spiral binding.
It makes it so much easier to check out the recipes.

Great follow up service

I first ordered the book in July, and apparently it got lost on its way to me, but Buff Dudes were very nice and sent me a new copy. I have followed Buff Dudes for a long time, and have used several of their recipes and training programs before, they are some of my favorite programs to get BUFF from. Looking forward to trying more of the recipes as well :)

I would recommend this cookbook

Full of some great information and killer recipes. I was looking to really focus on the nutrition side of lifting. This was a nice find.

Honest thoughts from a long time fan.

The cookbook itself is awesome I really enjoyed and got some new ideas from it. To take it one step further, something I don’t think many others are doing, would be a meal planning resource.

It’s great having all these ideas in a book but something that could provide direction on putting it’s all together from a planning perspective would be extremely helpful.
