Great recipes, tastes great even with foods from different producers outside of the states. Sometimes a recipe doesn't work as well due to us not being able to buy a product or a sertain amount of a product without breaking the bank over here in Norway, or just simply if something is produced differently it might cause the need for some minor altercations but that is outside of the buff dudes control and a little up to the chef making the dish.

Great Fun Simple Cookbook

I’m a huge fan of the B.U.F.F. Dudes, 4 or so years ago after gaining a lot of weight I found their content and was immediately hooked. Watching all of their videos which were entertaining, inspiring, motivating and educational. You guys helped me get hooked on training and nutrition and I couldn't be more grateful. Recently I wanted to checkout some of their recipes again, rather than go through videos I wanted to have them in one nice place so I bought their cookbook, and for my purposes the recipes are perfect. I don’t cook intricate meals with long ingredient lists, I like simple healthy food for intense training and these recipes are perfect.

Thanks and look forward to seeing what you guys continue to create.
