This is my first time trying to bulk and I'm excited about trying out the full program. I'm entering week 3 now and I'm looking forward to the results at the end of the 12 week program

The only thing that sucks using the pdf version is the constant scrolling to find the next day’s workout. Also a little more clarification about the movements or a variation would be helpful
I strongly recommend this for anybody looking to start powerlifting with a good routine, listen to your body on this one don't be afraid to take a step back and restart the plan later and go with a more chill routine to recover and get back to it later.
