Really cool and informative book for bulking, eating and stretching (my weak point). I’m finishing a 12 week 5x5 routine but plan to start this after. I look forward to applying the meal plans and workouts. Thanks Bros and always, Stay Buff!

Very impressed with the results. I am getting with these workouts. I like the three week phases. Keep the workout program Interesting. The only thing I wish they would add would be alternative workouts for Pacific equipment..
