The workout plan is cool. However, I felt like a sucker when the app that I presumed would be included with my purchase was not. If I had known this ,I wouldn't have purchased the book

Save electricity, get this!

As a long-time fan of the Buff Dudes YouTube, I can say that this book is a pretty good consolidation of lots of their content. If you don't want to watch through tons of video and take notes, this book is the way to go! I got it to use as a reference as I plan out future fitness plans.

Low Tech Blues…

The 12 week program book has good information. I wish it had more pictures showing the suggested workout moves vs. YouTube links. Some of us are low tech (on purpose) and would rather carry a book to the gym with all we need vs. walking around the gym with a Smartphone.
