Just what I needed

This is exactly what I needed to get back into fitness. I over the past few months have missed the gym after a bad winter of our family just being sick. Could never seem to find the motivation or program dedicated to easing back into lifting weights. The program is nicely laid out in phases and is fun and inviting which is nice for a 40 year old body to ease back in and not overload. I am excited to continue seeing progress as I have been in and out of the gym since 17. Good Luck all thanks buff dudes

The workout plan is cool. However, I felt like a sucker when the app that I presumed would be included with my purchase was not. If I had known this ,I wouldn't have purchased the book
