Solid Routine

This is a great interim routine if you're in between longer programs, or just want a little weekly structure. I've been running with it for 3 weeks and starting to modify it slightly to suit my needs, but it's a great foundation. Absolutely worth the price. The Buff Dudes are the best dudes

Weak book, not much more than the video

After watching the video, I thought the PDF would have much more information, but unfortunately no, I was wrong.
The beginner plans are just the same thing as the more advanced, just less times a week. There are no variations or progressions for beginners and no options for working out from home.
