Do you like pancakes? Then you're going to love our Sweet Potato protein pancake recipe! Packed with everything a growing Buff Dude (or Grrrl) needs, this easy to whip up breakfast recipe will be on your plate & in your stomach in no time.
Enough talking. Let's get to it!
1/2c. - 86g. Sweet Potato (cooked)
1scoop Vanilla Protein
2 egg whites
2T. - 14g. Coconut flour
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1T. Coconut oil (melted)
1T. Pure Maple Syrup
Creamy Protein Topping(optional)
1/2c. - 105g. Greek Cream Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
1t. Pure Maple Syrup
In a mixing bowl, mash your Sweet Potatoes. When finished add all the rest of ingredients and stir well.
Heat your pan on medium to low heat and use a little oil to prevent sticking. (We used Coconut)
For the topping, mix your Greek Cream Cheese, Vanilla Protein and Pure Maple Syrup all together until creamy.
This recipe makes 4 small Pancakes approximately 2oz -50g. each.
